meet our team
We would like to introduce our team of artists. We will soon have images uploaded to this site. Until then, please visit each artist's website or social media page. Please be respectful to the artists and clients in their photos and do not copy their work.
Art is my passion and I absolutely love the medium of skin & ink! I have a BFA from UNF and I love all styles of tattooing as well as all art mediums. I love to learn and I have an ever-evolving portfolio of work on amazing clients that have helped me become the artist I am today. I am also a licensed body piercer since 1999. I offer cosmetic tattooing services as well. Commissioned artwork is available upon request as well as paintings & prints for purchase in our studio gallery. Non laser tattoo removal now available using Tattoo Vanish.
Tattooing since 2004, I enjoy new school styles and neo traditional. I have a background of fine line and traditional styles. I also enjoy wood burning and other artistic mediums. I come from a small town in northeast Georgia, where I apprenticed and worked the majority of my career. I relocated to Jacksonville in January 2012. I prefer color work to black and gray, and zombies and caricature styles are among my favorite things to do. I do custom work as well as flash. I also have been body piercing since 2009.
Danny Cabanas Jr.
Born & raised in Jacksonville. I've grown a strong love for many types of art. I enjoy painting, drawing with pen, pencil & marker. I enjoy tattooing in black and gray, skull art, flowers and roses and also American traditional. I am happy with tattooing custom work as well as flash. I am very happy to be a part of the family here at Fat Kat.
I'm Ashley, I'm 28 and I am originally from the Chicagoland area, although I also call Phoenix, AZ my home as well. I've spent equal amounts of time in both places although most of my tattoo career has been centered in Phoenix, AZ, where I originally apprenticed as well. My apprenticeship was very traditional and I learned the basics there. I wanted more than that though. After my apprenticeship, I've worked at a number of tattoo shops, watching other artists to fish out the rest of what I needed to start developing my own style. I traveled a lot in my career thus far doing conventions and guest spots both for the extra knowledge shared between artists and the pure joy of being able to travel the United States doing what I love.
As far as styles go, I'm open to new ideas and challenges. I am well versed in a number of styles including but not limited to neo traditional, realism, fine line black and grey, traditional, portraits, lettering, cover ups and watercolor. My style is bold and vibrant while still maintaining a soft look to it. I look to give my clients the best version of their ideas and make it unique to them. I am also an artist outside of the studio where I work in many mediums, but mostly oil, acrylic, watercolor, graphic design and illustrative design. I am always trying to challenge myself and become even more well-rounded than I already am. Art is my life and always has been and will continue to be as I look forward to coming up with new and unique designs to fit each individual client that comes my way.
